All plant-based products are to complete an electronic phytosanitary certificate (ePhyto) using the eCert Platform – https://app.ecert.co.za/

Citrus Industry:

For the citrus industry, the timelines remain as those previously communicated, specific
All citrus exports will be handled using the eLOT Notice, PHC Quality, PHC Phyto, eINSPECT, eCert process from 1 April 2020.

eLot Process and TUR (Tracking Unit Register) from 1 April 2020 with an onboarding period up until 15 May 2020

For other fruit Industries:
From the 1st April 2020, all fruit industries will be obliged to use the eLOT Notice, PHC Quality, PHC Phyto, eINSPECT and eCert.
