g. Total Cost: R380 (vs. Scenario 3 where the user makes a mistake and resubmits R550)

1. Inspector makes a mistake, the application will be reversed to submitted and reprocessed. The system will pick up that the Inspector reversed the application and fixed the mistake. No charge to the client will be made (Not for countries connected via the IPPC Hub and TracesNT).
2. If the user however re-submits as it was their mistake, then a resubmit fee of R170 is billed

During official hours: R250.00 for 30 minutes or portion thereof.

Outside Official Hours:

Weekdays from 16:00 to 20:00 and 6:00 to 7:30 and Saturdays from 6:00 to 20:00:  China, Japan, India, Philippines, Thailand & Korea-charge – R380.00 for 30 min.

Weekdays and Saturdays from 20:00 to 6:00, Sundays and Public Holidays: China, Japan, India, Philippines, Thailand & Korea – R490.00 for 30 min.

EXPORT INSPECTIONS:

Within official office hours: R250.00 for 30 min or portion thereof.

Outside official office hours:
Weekdays from 16:00- 20:00 and 6:00 to 7:30 and Saturdays from 6:00 to 20:00: R380.00 for 30 min or portion thereof.

Weekdays and Saturdays from 20:00 to 6:00 and Sundays and Public Holidays: R490.00 for 30 min or portion thereof.

CONTROL MEASURES

Inspection and simultaneous issuing of a permit to exempt someone from the stipulations of control measure 4A(2) of the control measures – R250 per 30 minutes or portion thereof.

Issuing of a removal permit under the Control Measures R110 in terms of the Agricultural Pests Act, 1983 – R210.
